What this is
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is home to one of the most consequential concentrations of data and AI talent in the country, with executives driving transformation at Fortune 500s, directors building platforms at mid-market leaders, and practitioners solving problems that matter.
Until now, there was no shared home for all of them. Data in the DFW is that home: a curated community built for genuine knowledge exchange, strategic relationship building, and the kind of candid conversations that only happen when the right people are in the room together.

Relaxed, no-agenda gatherings across the metroplex on a regular cadence. A chance to put a face to a name, reconnect with peers, and meet someone new over a drink. Low pressure, high value.

The data community in the metro Detroit area would greatly benefit from gatherings to connect with each other, where people can talk to each other, not be talked at.
Aaron built something special in Detroit: a practitioner-first, no-BS data community that grew into meetups, a conference, and a genuine professional home for Michigan's data professionals. Data in the DFW is built on that same belief: that every city deserves a community like it.
